Isabella is the owner of Pivot Business Consulting. Services include preparation of business plans, documenting processes, and facilitating workshops and training in leadership, team communication, and process improvement. for small/medium sized companies and nonprofits. She is also the founder and owner of Intern Pursuit; a startup HR platform for employers that work with interns. The platform saves employers time, money, and effort to recruit, assess, and manage intern talent to yield a higher ROI.

She graduated from Rollins College with a BA in English, holds a MBA from Belhaven University, and completed PhD coursework in leadership development with a specialization in Human Resource Development from Barry University.
