Overview
The Empowerful Leader is a two-day experience designed to transform managers, leaders, and executives into empowered and empowering leaders who inspire others.

The Empowerful Leader experience provides extensive opportunities for introspection that will lead to personal and professional growth. Participants will gain a better understanding of their own unique approach to leadership and learn how to align their values with the needs of their organizations. Networking with other participants from diverse backgrounds helps generate ideas to optimize and sustain their professional journey.

The Empowerful Leader Program focuses on results and identifying specific behaviors that will make those results attainable.

Empowerful Leader Experience
The two-day experience is comprehensive and transformative. Case studies and in-class exercises are designed to engage all types of learners across many different industries. In addition, The Empowerful Leader experience is delivered in a boardroom setting small enough to foster intimate discussion as well as group collaboration. There are no right or wrong answers in The Empowerful Leader — they are your answers!

This experience is an opportunity for extensive self-exploration and understanding. The skills and tools gained through The Empowerful Leader experience are practical and can be implemented immediately for both personal and professional results.
