Ty Roofner, based in Orlando, practices in the Corporate & Tax practice group of Burr Forman, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, early-stage and start-up companies, private equity and corporate finance. Ty also represents various types of lenders and borrowers in corporate finance transactions. He has significant experience in working with entrepreneurs creating growth and exit strategies. His clients appreciate his forward thinking approach, creativity and passion to close transactions.
Ty’s clients span a wide-range of industries including health care, technology, private equity, hedge funds, mortgage and internet technology. Ty has worked on significant projects, both locally and nationally.
