To the grant winners: First off, Congratulations! I have attended many of your events around the community and found them to be valuable. I also have the privilege to know many of you event organizers personally and am thankful to call you friends and close acquaintances. Know that we at Orlando Entrepreneurs are here for you – If there is anyway we can help support your organization, or specific events please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We maintain a Cross-Ecosystem Events Calendar at: www.OrlandoEntrepreneurs.org/events/ that auto-populates based on Meetup Events, or a public Google Calendar. We also have a resource center www.OrlandoEntrepreneurs.org/resources/ that lists many entrepreneur support organizations and events. If you do not have a profile already, please reach out to us (or me personally) and I will ensure that we create one for you.
To the Orlando Entrepreneurship Community: Be sure to support these wonderful events around town and get involved. We also encourage you to utilize us as a resource to help connect with the right resource or event at the right time depending on your type of business and stage (visit our resource center, or calendar). We also maintain an Orlando Entrepreneurs Podcast where we feature local entrepreneurs and provide a platform for them to tell their stories, share lessons learned and help our community learn more about their business.
With that said…I am very excited about this initial pilot program and to see the great momentum that we as a community harness from the spark to advance our entrepreneurs, their companies and our local economy.
