**Roi Ewell**
Known as a key advisor to executive teams, Roi Ewell is the Founder and Principal at Ewell Associates with 30 years of experience working with the business community and the nonprofit sector. He previously held several senior leadership positions with Anheuser-Busch Companies and SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment Inc., including government affairs, industry relations, corporate communications, human resources, and corporate responsibility.
Ewell serves or has served on numerous industry, university, and community boards. In 2023, he was elected as the National Chair of the board of directors for the Public Affairs Council.
He holds a master’s degree in personnel administration from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Norfolk State University. Roi is a jazz enthusiast and a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.
**Jonathan Maricle**
Jonathan Maricle, PhD, MFA, CSM, is the owner of the mission-driven consulting firm Resonator. Based in Orlando, Jonathan brings over 25 years of experience in communications & marketing, product and process design & management, operations planning, and software development. He has taught in higher education for over 15 years at the Darla Moore School of Business (USC) and the University of Richmond, while also creating educational content for enterprise corporations and nonprofits.
