As founder of Kick The Ceiling, Erin provides guidance on priority matters such as strategy, brand positioning, risk mitigation, talent development, and leadership succession.
For more than 20 years, Erin has had a distinguished corporate career in various consumer product categories including facial plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, retail, and sales. Additionally, she also advises clients in other industries including construction, medical 3D printing, and software.
Her emerging interests include business strategy, leadership impact, finding the small choices that shift followership, stakeholder relationships, negotiation tactics, high-stakes coaching where outcomes are uncertain, and personal branding.
Erin earned her Bachelor’s in Political Science and MBA from the University of Central Florida. She also graduated with Business Certificates in Entrepreneurship from UCF and Executive Leadership for Healthcare Professionals from Cornell University. Most noteworthy, Erin is a certified Executive Coach and has earned continuing education certificates from the Institute of Coaching at Harvard University.
